Welcome to South Meadow Apartments!
South Meadow Apartments is located at 321 South 5th Street in Ames, Iowa. This is approximately one mile east of Iowa State University's Jack Trice Stadium. South Meadow consists of 198 units designed to meet your needs! We offer 1, 2, and 2 1/2 bedroom floor plans. Each unit has access to coin operated laundry machines in their building. South Meadow has an office located on the property with office staff to assist you. We also have full time maintenance on the property. We are located on the blue CyRide bus route and have two bus stop shelters on the property for your convenience. There is plenty of off-street parking in our parking lot. Carports are also available for lease.

Saturday 9a.m. - 12 p.m. We do have staff on call for any after hour emergencies as well.

- We do want you to see the actual apartment you are renting so it is best to schedule an appointment.
- If neccessary we can do leases by fax or mail.
