In order to lease an apartment at South Meadow, prospective tenants must fill out an application for credit approval. Units are secured with a security deposit, equivalent to one month's rent, and a signed lease. For more information on lease rules, visit our "Lease & Rules" page.

You can reserve a unit by the following steps:

1. Call our office at (515) 232-4765 to schedule a showing.
2. Download our rental application and fax to us at (515) 232-4765. Email us with questions at rent@southmeadowapartments.com
